If you run out: a 100-credit recharge is scheduled automatically 2 hours after your balance hits zero, and the full 150 returns the next day. Balances are capped at 150, so credits do not accumulate while you are away.
In practice 150 credits is roughly 15 messages a day on the default model or about 30 on the fast model. If you need more than that, or you need team features or an API, PhantomAI is probably not the right tool for you today, and we would rather say so than take your time.

How much does PhantomAI cost?
Nothing. PhantomAI is free to use and there is currently no paid plan, so there is nothing to buy and no card to enter. Usage is managed with a daily credit allowance rather than a subscription.
What are Phantom Credits?
Credits meter how much work you ask the AI to do. Every account gets 150 credits per day. A message to the fast model costs 5, a message to the default model costs 10, a web search adds 4, an image costs 8, and a document costs 15.
What happens when I run out of credits?
A recharge of 100 credits is scheduled automatically 2 hours after your balance reaches zero, and your full daily allowance returns at the start of the next day. You are never charged money and nothing is locked behind a payment.
Roughly how many messages is 150 credits?
About 15 messages a day on the default model, or about 30 on the fast model, before the daily allowance runs out. Searches, images, and documents cost extra on top of the message itself, so heavy research sessions use credits faster.
Is there a Pro or Team plan?
No. There is no paid tier, no team plan, no shared workspace, and no API. Earlier versions of this page listed a Pro and a Team plan; neither existed, so they have been removed rather than left up as aspirational marketing.
Will PhantomAI stay free?
We cannot promise that. Running inference costs money, so paid options may be introduced later. What we can commit to is not advertising a plan before it exists and not billing anyone without an explicit, clearly-priced opt-in.
Why does the site show ads?
Advertising on the public guides and blog helps cover hosting and inference costs while the app itself stays free. Ads are not shown inside the chat interface or on sign-in and sign-up screens.
